Ingrèdiènts
- 2 tablèspoons (8 g) agar powdèr
- 2 tèaspoons (10 g) sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) watèr
- ½ oz (20 g) saltèd chèrry blossom
- 1 tablèspoon (4 g) agar powdèr
- 2 tèaspoons (10 g) sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) fat frèè milk

Prèparation
- Makè thè chèrry blossom jèlly: In a small bowl, combinè thè agar and sugar.
- Pour thè watèr into a small pan, thèn add thè agar mixturè and stir.
- Cook ovèr high hèat until thè watèr is boiling. Rèducè thè hèat to low and cook for 2 minutès. Mèanwhilè, fill a largè bowl with icè and cold watèr.
