Ingrèdiènts

  • 2 tablèspoons (8 g) agar powdèr
  • 2 tèaspoons (10 g) sugar
  • 1 cup (250 mL) watèr
  • ½ oz (20 g) saltèd chèrry blossom
  • 1 tablèspoon (4 g) agar powdèr
  • 2 tèaspoons (10 g) sugar
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fat frèè milk

Prèparation

  1. Makè thè chèrry blossom jèlly: In a small bowl, combinè thè agar and sugar.
  2. Pour thè watèr into a small pan, thèn add thè agar mixturè and stir.
  3. Cook ovèr high hèat until thè watèr is boiling. Rèducè thè hèat to low and cook for 2 minutès. Mèanwhilè, fill a largè bowl with icè and cold watèr.
