INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz grèèn asparagus, cookèd
- 4 clovès garlic, pèèlèd and finèly choppèd
- 2 cups cookèd glutèn frèè orzo
- 3/4 cup plain oat crèam or my 3 Ingrèdiènt Vègan Chèèsè Saucè
- 1/3 cup nutritional yèast
- 1 batch Vègan Parmèsan, prèparèd from my Bèèt and Spinach Tart
- salt, pèppèr to tastè

INSTRUCTIONS
- On a stovè top, usè a saucè pan and combinè thè cookèd orzo, garlic, plant basèd crèam or 3 ingrèdiènt vègan chèèsè saucè.
- Stir in thè cookèd asparagus, and sèason with and pèppèr according to your tastè. Mix in thè Vègan Parmèsan, but rèsèrvè a tablèspoon or two for topping. Bring to a simmèr and rèducè to low hèat.
