INGREDIENTS


  • 8 piècès of wholè whèat/12 grain brèad
  • 2 avocados, slicèd
  • 1 mèdium cucumbèr, slicèd
  • 1 containèr of snow pèa sprouts (or any kind of sprout you can find)

HERB GOAT CHEESE:

  • 4 oz. goat chèèsè
  • 1/2 tèaspoon garlic powdèr
  • 1/4 tèaspoon smokèd paprika
  • 1/4 tèaspoon dry basil
  • 1/4
tèaspoon dry orègano
  • salt to tastè

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small food procèssor, add goat chèèsè, garlic powdèr, smokèd paprika, basil, orègano, and salt. Blènd until smooth and crèamy. Sèt asidè.
    2. Toast thè brèad.
    3. Add 1 tablèspoon of thè goat chèèsè mixturè to onè slicè of brèad.
