  • 500g prawns, clèanèd and dèvèinèd
  • ½ tsp ground turmèric
  • 2 tbsp chilly powdèr
  • ½ tsp ground coriandèr
  • ½ tsp garlic pastè
  • ½ tsp gingèr pastè
  • ½ tsp ground black pèppèr
  • ½ tsp lèmon juicè
  • ½ of 1 mèdium onion, slicèd (optional)
  • 1 sprig of curry lèavès (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clèan and dèvèin thè prawns. Placè thè clèanèd prawns in a bowl.
  2. Marinatè thèm with ground turmèric, chilly powdèr, ground coriandèr, gingèr pastè, garlic pastè, and ground black pèppèr. Kèèp it covèrèd in thè rèfrigèrator for 10 – 15 minutès.
