Ingrèdiènts


  • 3/4 cup sugar, dividèd
  • 1/2 cup watèr
  • 1 cup frèsh cranbèrriès
  • 6 Tablèspoons unsaltèd buttèr, softènèd
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tèaspoon vanilla èxtract
  • 1 tèaspoon orangè èxtract
  • 1/3 cup sour crèam
  • 3 ègg whitès
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tèaspoons baking powdèr
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whitè chocolatè chips
  • 1/4 cup hèavy whipping crèam
  • 1 cup frèsh cranbèrriès
  • 2 Tablèspoons watèr
x-large;">1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsaltèd buttèr, softènèd
  • 1/2 cup vègètablè shortèning
  • 1/2 tèaspoon salt
  • 3 cups powdèrèd sugar

    Instructions

    1. Stir togèthèr thè watèr and 1/2 cup sugar in a small saucèpan. Simmèr until thè sugar is complètèly dissolvèd. Pour thè syrup into a bowl and cool for about 10 minutès. Add thè cranbèrriès and stir to coat. Rèfrigèratè thè cranbèrriès and syrup ovèrnight, stirring a couplè timès to coat with syrup.
    2. Prèhèat thè ovèn to 350 dègrèès. Placè 12 cupcakè linèrs in a cupcakè pan.
    3. Crèam thè buttèr and sugar until light in color and fluffy, about 3-4 minutès. Add thè èxtracts and sour crèam and mix until wèll combinèd.
