Instant Pot Cheesecake with Oreos |
Ingredients
- For the crust
- 14 Oreo cookies finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- For the cheesecake
- 465 g (16 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 115 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest optional
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 60 g (1/4 cup) sour cream
- 1 tbsp plain all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
- For the Oreo topping
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- 10 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Instant Pot Cheesecake with Oreos |
Instructions
- Lightly oil an 18 cm (7-inch) springform pan, then line the bottom with a piece of parchment and oil again.
- Mix together the crushed Oreos and butter in a bowl and then press the prepared cheesecake crust firmly into the bottom and a little bit up the sides into the prepared pan.
- Place the crust into freezer for 15 mins whilst you continue with the rest.
