Ingredients


  • For the crust
  • 14 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the cheesecake
  • 465 g (16 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 115 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest optional
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp plain all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
  • For the Oreo topping
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • 10 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly oil an 18 cm (7-inch) springform pan, then line the bottom with a piece of parchment and oil again.
  2. Mix together the crushed Oreos and butter in a bowl and then press the prepared cheesecake crust firmly into the bottom and a little bit up the sides into the prepared pan.
  3. Place the crust into freezer for 15 mins whilst you continue with the rest.
