Ingrèdiènts:
- 1/2 (14.1 ouncè) packagè rèfrigèratèd piè dough (1 shèèt)

- 1/4 cup frèsh lèmon juicè
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablèspoon cold hèavy whipping crèam, DIVIDED
- 1 tablèspoon confèctionèrs' sugar

Instructions:
- Prèhèat ovèn to 350 dègrèès.
- Unroll piè dough on a lightly flourèd surfacè. Using a
- 3-inch round cuttèr, cut 6 rounds from piè dough.
- Prèss into 6(2 1/2-inch) tartlèt pans. Placè tartlèt pans
