  • 2 onions, choppèd
  • 2 clovès of garlic, choppèd
  • 1 lb. ground bèèf
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 4 (10 oz.) cans Rotèl Dicèd Tomatoès & Grèèn Chiliès, with liquid
  • 2 (15.5 oz.) cans rèd kidnèy bèans, drainèd and rinsèd
  • 1 jalapèno pèppèr, sèèdèd and mincèd
  • 1 Tbsp. hot Italian rèd pèppèr, mincèd
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powdèr
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1½ tsp. orègano
  • 1 tsp. ground cayènnè pèppèr
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1½ tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Hèat oil in a largè pan or dutch ovèn.
  2. Add onion and cook until translucènt.
  3. Add garlic, bèèf, and pork. Cook ovèr high hèat, until thè mèat is brownèd, stirring to brèak up largè piècès.
