INGREDIENTS

  • Hamburgèr Pattiès:
  • 1½ lb ground bèèf
  • 1 ègg
  • ¼ cup brèad crumbs
  • 1 tèaspoon garlic powdèr
  • ½ tèaspoon salt
  • ¼ tèaspoon pèppèr
  • Gravy:
  • 1 small onion, slicèd
  • 6-oz mushrooms, slicèd
  • 1½ cup bèèf broth
  • 1 packagè of brown gravy mix
  • 1 tablèspoon kètchup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a largè bowl, combinè thè ground bèèf, ègg, brèad crumbs, garlic powdèr, salt and pèppèr.
  2. Form pattiès about ½ inch thick.
  3. Fry pattiès on both sidès until cookèd through.
  4. In a mèdium saucèpan, whisk togèthèr broth, mushrooms, onion, brown gravy mix, and kètchup and bring to a boil
