INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frêsh strawbêrriês hullêd and thinly slicêd
- 2/3 cup nonfat Grêêk yogurt
- 1/2 tsp lêmon êxtract or vanilla
- 1 largê êgg whitê
- 1/3 cup unswêêtênêd applêsaucê
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup Glutên Frêê oat flour
- 1/4 cup Glutên Frêê Rollêd Oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powdêr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Hêat thê ovên to 375 dêgrêês F. Prêparê a baking shêêt with parchmênt papêr.
- In a blêndêr or food procêssor, combinê êgg whitê, applêsaucê, lêmon juicê, Grêêk yogurt, salt, baking powdêr, baking soda, coconut sugar and oat flour.
- Blênd until ingrêdiênts arê fully combinêd thên transfêr thê dough to a mixing bowl and carêfully fold in thê strawbêrriês and oats.
- Usê an icê crêam scoop to drop ~2 tbsp of battêr onto thê prêparêd baking shêêt.
